**Update as of 12/09/2023**

Progress is definitely happening at Fedmont FCU!

On Friday, December 08, 2023 around 5:00 p.m. our Core Processor was able to get all of the Fedmont staff signed into the new operating system.  The staff is continuing to work diligently to process all transactions since the beginning of the outage.

The debit card transactions that were completed by our Members have not all been processed, therefore the balance information that we may access in the upcoming days may not be accurate.

We continue to appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this incredibly frustrating situation as services are continuing to be restored for our Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Bill Payment and the availability for Debit Card usage.

We will continue to update as the other services become available.

 

**Update as of 12/06/2023 at 10:25 a.m.**

Unfortunately, all of our systems are still unavailable.

Our Core Processor is making progress with the posting of the ACH files; however, member information is still not available to us.  They are continuing to work diligently through the multiple steps involved in restoring services to all of the Credit Union’s involved.

We sincerely appreciate your continued patience throughout this situation and will continue to update as information becomes available.

 

**Update as of 12/04/2023**

The latest update we have been provided from our Core Processor is that all ACH files continue to be processed. 

 We anxiously await additional updates and wish to remind everyone that there are multiple steps involved in bringing Fedmont Federal CU as well as all of the affected Credit Union’s back online.

Our drive-through continues to be open normal business hours if cash withdrawals are needed. Automatic payments that currently come out of your account will continue to be processed.  Direct deposits will also be deposited into your account.

We very much appreciate your continued patience through this process and will continue to update as information becomes available.

 

**Update as of 12/1/2023 at 2:35 p.m.**

Our systems are still currently unavailable.  We were informed that the process in restoring services to Fedmont as well as all of the Credit Union’s affected is taking much longer than anticipated. We have been assured that this issue continues to be their top priority and is being treated as such.

 We sincerely appreciate all of the patience that our members have shown our employees throughout this incredibly inconvenient and frustrating situation.

Our drive through will continue to be open during normal business hours to assist our members to the best of our ability.  

We will continue to update as any information becomes available.

 

**Important Message**

Unfortunately, our systems are still currently unavailable.

Our Core Processor, is experiencing technical difficulties, and they are diligently working to restore/repair their data systems.  This is a countrywide outage affecting a large number of Credit Unions and thousands of Credit Union members.  We have not been given any ETA for the systems to be back up and running.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this is causing to all of our valued members.  We are still in the branch during normal business hours.  Our drive through is open and we are assisting each member as much as possible. * The lobby is closed*
